“I think time together could be at any place as long as the family is spending time together.  One of our favourite activities is playing water frisbee in the swimming pool about twice a week.  Since there’s 4 of us, we have a ‘team’ of 2 each; a parent & a kid.  We sure do have so much fun and laughter.

Dinner time is our family bonding time too.  Whenever Michael’s not working late, we always eat together and chat about anything - jokes, riddles and updates of school life for the kids.

Michael has full of surprises for the family.  During the recent eve of the May Day holiday, Michael booked a family suite at Sentosa beach resort.  It was simply an afternoon of being at the pool with the kids, mucking around.  We strolled out for dinner, after which, we came back to our room and continued with more water play at the upper deck while looking out to the sea.  For once, the kids get to sleep late and wake up late. Breakfast at the beach was great too followed by relaxing at the pool again before checking out of the resort.

I feel that doing things together made us happy.  Though the trip was short but it will always remain memorable as Allie had requested for it again.  I think a last minute plan would always add the element of surprise and excitement.  It does not need to be elaborate, the ideas are always endless and spontaneous.” ;)

“Our family bonding takes place when we go to the beach - from building sandcastles to kicking football, to even getting wet in the water. There’s always so much fun and laughter.
The one thing that my son enjoys the most is playing with sand, digging holes here, piling sand there. There is no end to what he can do with the sand.

Patience and sharing are learned by both parents and child through the activities that we played.Hi Jaz..

After each time at the beach, my son always looks forward to the next fun playing time.”
